PAGS will not provide any personally identifiable information to third parties who are not under the direction of PAGS.
To better understand our web traffic, and tailor our site to best serve you, we utilize analytics services from Alexa and Google. Using the Ads Settings provided by Google, users can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads.
From time to time, we may provide you with the opportunity to participate in surveys from our Web Site. Pet-Agree Grooming Supplies will pay all UPS freight charges for merchandise orders over $500 (some exclusions apply) delivered within the contiguous United States. Merchandise orders over $150, but up to $500, you pay only $5.50 UPS shipping costs when delivered within the contiguous United States (again, some exclusions apply). Exclusions include tables, tubs, crates, dryers, motor freight items, drop ship items, UPS large packages, dryer repair. Free freight on tubs, tables and hardware are for standard LTL shipments only. Additional services such as lift-gate or residential deliveries may incur additional cost. Pet-Agree Grooming supplies strives to provide the best product and customer service delivered at the lowest price. However, Pet-Agree Grooming Supplies reserves the right to alter, change, or discontinue any shipping policy without notice. Please inspect your shipment within 24 hours and let us know if anything is missing or incorrect. We are unable to recover any freight charges as the result of any missing or mis-shipped packages if we are not notified within 24 hours.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and bank debit cards, as well as e-check upon placing your order. DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: If damage occurs during shipping, please have the box & merchandise inspected by the delivery carrier & contact Pet-Agree immediately. Note any damage on the shipping document, manifest or BOL. PLEASE SAVE CONTAINERS AND MERCHANDISE! An examination by the carrier may be necessary. Any pictures would be greatly appreciated. If you accept damaged product, we will be UNABLE to replace or refund your purchase.
No Minimum Order
No minimum order required. However, small orders are expensive to process, package and ship. To keep our prices low, it has become necessary to charge a $5.50 fee for orders totaling less than $50.00 (in addition to the regular shipping charge).
If damage occurs during shipping, please have the box & merchandise inspected by the delivery carrier & contact Pet-Agree immediately. PLEASE SAVE CONTAINERS AND MERCHANDISE! An examination by the carrier may be necessary.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt – no exceptions! A return authorization number must be issued before merchandise can be returned. Returns without proper authorization will not be accepted. Credit issued for Returns will be credited as an in-store credit on customer's account. Returns will be credited upon inspection of merchandise, which must be new and in its original packaging, and in sell-able condition. Returns for damages will be credited upon receipt of insurance claim. Returned merchandise other than for defective will incur a 30% restocking fee ($10.00 minimum). If an item is returned due to a shipping error or damage, Pet-Agree will cover return shipping charges. If an item is returned for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. Note: Sorry, but we are unable to accept returns on books, videos, or opened containers of liquids.
Please Make Sure You Are Putting the RA (return authorization) Number on the box (all sides if needed - in the box) This ensures that we can link the return to your account so you can get your refund quickly if this is not done you will get charged a 20% Re-Stocking Fee!

We will gladly accept back-orders on any product, with no minimum purchase required. We offer two great options on how we can handle your back-order: 1.) you can prepay for your back-ordered items and their applicable shipping charge, and we will ship your order as soon as it’s complete. This will get your back-ordered items shipped as quickly as possible. OR 2.) we can call you as soon as your items are back in stock. This gives you the opportunity to add to your order and potentially save on shipping charges, if your new total meets one of our discounted shipping thresholds. If a back-order stays open for 60 days, we will cancel the back-order and refund, as a store credit, any money collected. All back-orders are treated as new and separate orders from their original order, and any applicable shipping charges will be applied. If items on an original order must be back-ordered for any reason, and that puts the original order below the threshold for free shipping, you will be responsible for applicable shipping charges. We try our hardest to maintain appropriate stock levels at all times, but due to situations out of our control, we may run out of a product. As these situations are outside of our control, we cannot be responsible for any changes in shipping charges.
